Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days by Royal Mail in a board envelope. Post & Packing is added automatically when you order online. £1.50 covers most small orders and this rises as your order size increases. We currently deliver mainly to the UK but we are happy to send overseas. Please contact us before you order so we can confirm prices to your region.

Payment

You can pay online by card using Paypal's secure system. Alternatively cheques should be made payable to 'AlphaLearners Ltd'. Send to us on the address shown below. We will despatch your order once we receive your cheque.

Glue

Our stickers are paper based and we have chosen to use a standard permanent adhesive as they are designed predominantly for use on paper or card. They can and are being used on clothes and in most cases there is no significant marking or residue. However, we do suggest you supervise children and are cautious using them on special materials if this is important to you. Kids being kids, if they accidentally end up where they shouldn't then a damp cloth and warm soapy water should usually do the trick.

Safety

We are parents and we do our best to ensure the safety of our products. We have had a sample sticker pack tested by a toy testing laboratory to ensure that we are meeting European standards. Safety and health of our children is very important to us so if you have any concerns then please ask. WARNING...Our NumberCharms™ contain small parts which may be swallowed. They are not therefore recommended for children under 3 years.

Terms

By accessing our site and purchasing you agree to be bound by our terms. If you do not wish to be bound by our terms you should not use our site. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by the terms stated below.

1. AlphaLearners Ltd cannot be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by the customer.

2. We are not and will not be responsible for any damages the user may suffer to their computer or systems in accessing and viewing this site or due to the use of our stickers.

3. Complaints will always be dealt with and acknowledged within 5 working days. Any complaints can be submitted to alphalearners@btinternet.com or 0870 285 1662.

4. Full payment is required before your order is despatched. We accept cheques but we need to receive the cheque prior to dispatch of the goods.

Refunds and Returns

If stickers are faulty or damaged they will be replaced by the same type. As long as it is returned in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase we will refund your return postage. Please return by 1st class post. If you are not happy with your choice of stickers then a full refund will be given provided it is returned undamaged and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Data Protection

We do not share your details with other organisations. We like to keep customers updated by newsletter. However, if you would prefer not to be contacted by email or would like to unsubscribe from our mailing list please click here and tell us.
